1. Are your products authentic?
Yes, all products sold on JBARcosmetic are 100% authentic and sourced directly from official distributors and brands. We do not sell replicas, expired stock, or grey imports.
2.Do your products have expiration dates?
Yes. All cosmetic and skincare products include an expiration or “best before” date either on the packaging or product itself. We ensure all items shipped have a sufficient shelf life and comply with EU cosmetic safety regulations.
3. Are your products cruelty-free or vegan?
Many of our brands offer cruelty-free and/or vegan products. You can filter items on the site using the “Vegan” or “Cruelty-Free” tags, or check each product description for certifications and icons.
4. Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?
We stock a variety of dermatologically tested products suitable for sensitive skin. Look for items labeled “sensitive skin” or check the Ingredients tab on each product page. Always patch test a new product before full application.
5. How can I check ingredients before purchasing?
All ingredient lists are displayed in the “Ingredients” section of each product page. If you need further clarification, feel free to contact our support team.
6. Why does the product I received look slightly different from the photo?
Occasionally, brands update their packaging or labeling without prior notice. Rest assured the product inside is exactly the same in formula and quality.
7. Can I request a specific brand or product?
Absolutely! We welcome customer suggestions. If you’re looking for a product we don’t yet offer, email us at support@jbarcosmetic.ie and we’ll try to source it for you.
8. Are your products safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Some ingredients may not be recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We advise consulting with your healthcare provider and reviewing the ingredient list on each product page.
