Returns & Refund Policy
At JBAR COSMETICS, your satisfaction is important to us.
If you’re not completely satisfied with a product, you may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it meets the conditions outlined below.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@jbar.ie and include your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
To complete your return, a proof of purchase or receipt is required.
1. Wrong Item Received
If you’ve received the wrong product, we sincerely apologise.
Please contact us and return the item, and we will offer either:
- A full refund, or replacement at no extra cost
Shipping costs for returning incorrect items will be covered by us.
2. Damaged Items
If your item arrived damaged, please email us a clear photo of the damaged item to Info@jbar.ie.
Once verified, we will quickly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
3. Change of Mind or Other Reasons
If you change your mind or no longer want the product:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals and labels intact
- Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed
Please note: Return shipping costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
3. Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded, unless they are faulty or incorrect.
4. Important Return Conditions
- All returns must be received by us within 30 working days of your order being delivered
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only (debit/credit card)
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights
